At Hear Now, we’re committed to making hearing care more accessible – not just in Australia, but around the world. That’s why we’re proud to be a core donor to Little Ears, an Australian charity that collects, refurbishes, and redistributes donated hearing aids to children in need.
As a core donor, Hear Now plays an active role in this mission. Through our Buy Back Program, we make it easy for clients to donate their existing hearing aids when they upgrade to a new device. Devices that are in working condition are carefully cleaned, reprogrammed, and tested before being sent to children in need.

Ready to upgrade your hearing aids? With our Little Ears Buy Back Program, your old devices can do more than collect dust – they can change a child’s life. Here’s how it works
When you’re purchasing a new set of hearing aids through Hear Now, let us know you’d like to participate in the Little Ears Buy Back Program. If your current hearing aids are eligible, you’ll receive a $500 credit towards your upgrade.
Your donated hearing aids are professionally cleaned, tested, and restored to working condition.
The refurbished devices are sent to our charity partner, Little Ears, where they’re matched with a child in need, giving the gift of sound and the chance to connect, learn, and grow.
With your help, we’re creating a ripple effect of better hearing and brighter futures.
